The INSIZE ISD-V500N Series CNC Vision Measuring System is a high-capacity automated optical measurement system designed for precise, non-contact dimensional inspection of manufactured components. Combining motorized X/Y/Z positioning, high-resolution imaging, zoom optics, automatic edge detection, autofocus, contour scanning, and measurement software, the ISD-V500N Series provides a complete solution for production inspection and quality control.
An automated CNC video measuring machine
The series is available in two configurations: ISD-V500N (470 × 370 × 200 mm) and ISD-V500HN (470 × 370 × 400 mm). Both provide 0.5 µm X/Y/Z resolution, 2 µm X/Y repeatability, ≤(2.5 + L/200) µm X/Y accuracy, 33.0X–208.6X magnification on a 24-inch monitor, and a 30 kg maximum workpiece capacity. The primary difference is the available Z-axis height.

Automated CNC Vision Measurement
The ISD-V500N Series uses servo motors for the X, Y, and Z axes to automatically position the measurement system through programmed inspection routines. Automated functions include edge detection, autofocus, automatic measurement, contour scanning, calibration, CNC positioning and SPC data analysis — reducing operator-dependent variation for repetitive inspection.
High-Resolution Optical System
A 0.7X–4.5X zoom objective with a 92 mm working distance provides approximately 33.0X–208.6X magnification on the 24-inch monitor, with a diagonal field of view of roughly 1.5–10.8 mm. A Gigabit network camera supplies the image used by the measurement software.
