The INSIZE ISD-V400A Manual Vision Measuring System is a large-format optical measurement system designed for accurate, non-contact dimensional inspection of precision-manufactured components. With a 400 × 300 × 150 mm X/Y/Z measuring range, the ISD-V400A provides substantially more measurement area than smaller desktop vision systems while maintaining the precision and flexibility required for professional inspection applications.

The system combines a precision manual measuring stage, zoom optics, digital imaging, adjustable LED illumination, and measurement software to allow operators to inspect dimensions, profiles, holes, angles, radii, and other visible features without physically contacting the workpiece.

The ISD-V400A provides 0.5 µm X/Y/Z resolution, 2 µm X/Y repeatability, and X/Y accuracy of ≤(2.5 + L/100) µm, where L is the measuring length in millimeters. The optical system provides approximately 29X–184X magnification on a 21.5-inch monitor.

Large 400 × 300 mm Measuring Range

The ISD-V400A is designed for applications where a larger measuring area is required without moving to a fully automated CNC vision measuring system.

The optical system provides approximately 29X–184X magnification when displayed on the included 21.5-inch monitor, allowing operators to visually inspect and measure small features while maintaining a relatively large overall measuring envelope.
