INSIZE ISD-H Series High-Definition Manual Vision Measuring System
The INSIZE ISD-H Series High-Definition Manual Vision Measuring Systems provide precision non-contact optical measurement for dimensional inspection, profile measurement, and quality control of manufactured components. Combining high-definition imaging, precision mechanical positioning, zoom optics, adjustable LED illumination, and measurement software, the ISD-H Series provides a versatile solution for inspection environments requiring accurate and repeatable dimensional measurements.
The series is available in three measuring configurations — ISD-H210, ISD-H320, and ISD-H430 — allowing customers to select the measuring range appropriate for their workpieces while maintaining the same core optical measurement performance.
All three models provide 0.5 µm resolution, 2 µm repeatability, measurement accuracy of ≤(2.5 + L/100) µm, and 27.4X–351X magnification on a 24-inch monitor. Maximum workpiece load is 20 kg across the series.
Choose Your ISD-H Model
| Model | X × Y × Z Measuring Range | Resolution | Repeatability | Accuracy | Max. Workpiece Load |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| ISD-H210 | 200 × 100 × 150 mm | 0.5 µm | 2 µm | ≤(2.5 + L/100) µm | 20 kg |
| ISD-H320 | 300 × 200 × 150 mm | 0.5 µm | 2 µm | ≤(2.5 + L/100) µm | 20 kg |
| ISD-H430 | 400 × 300 × 150 mm | 0.5 µm | 2 µm | ≤(2.5 + L/100) µm | 20 kg |
L represents the measuring length in millimeters.
High-Definition Optical Measurement
The ISD-H Series is designed for non-contact dimensional inspection, allowing operators to measure components without physically contacting delicate surfaces or features.
The optical system provides 27.4X–351X magnification on a 24-inch monitor, allowing small features, edges, profiles, holes, and other dimensional characteristics to be viewed in detail during inspection.
The system combines optical magnification with precision stage positioning to provide a practical solution for dimensional inspection and quality-control applications.
Precision Measurement Performance
With 0.5 µm resolution and 2 µm repeatability, the ISD-H Series is designed for precision dimensional measurement in manufacturing and inspection environments.
The X/Y measurement accuracy is specified at:
≤(2.5 + L/100) µm
This specification applies across the ISD-H210, ISD-H320, and ISD-H430 configurations.
Adjustable Surface and Contour Illumination
The ISD-H Series uses adjustable LED illumination for both surface and contour inspection.
Surface illumination helps illuminate features on the upper surface of a component, while contour illumination can emphasize edges and profiles. The ability to adjust illumination allows operators to optimize image contrast for different workpiece materials, geometries, and inspection features.
Manual Operation
The ISD-H Series uses a manual drive system, allowing the operator to position the measuring axes while observing the workpiece through the high-definition optical system.
This makes the series particularly appropriate for:
-
Prototype inspection
-
Tool and die inspection
-
First-article inspection
-

Model Selection
ISD-H210 — 200 × 100 × 150 mm
The ISD-H210 is the most compact configuration in the series and provides a 200 × 100 mm X/Y measuring area with a 150 mm Z-axis range.
It is suited to customers primarily measuring smaller precision components while still requiring the accuracy and optical capabilities of the ISD-H platform.
ISD-H320 — 300 × 200 × 150 mm
The ISD-H320 increases the X/Y measuring area to 300 × 200 mm, providing additional stage capacity for larger components while retaining the same 150 mm Z-axis range and core measurement specifications.
ISD-H430 — 400 × 300 × 150 mm
The ISD-H430 provides the largest X/Y measuring range in the ISD-H Series at 400 × 300 mm.
This configuration is appropriate when the additional stage area is required for larger workpieces, layouts, or multiple features while maintaining the same fundamental optical measurement performance.

Why Choose the ISD-H Series?
The ISD-H Series combines the flexibility of manual operation with the precision required for professional dimensional inspection.
Rather than selecting a single fixed optical magnification or measurement envelope, customers can choose among three stage sizes based on the dimensions of the components they inspect.
The result is a flexible inspection platform for manufacturers that need accurate, repeatable, non-contact dimensional measurement without the complexity of a fully automated CNC vision system.
