Compact Digital Measurement and Inspection Without a Separate Computer
The INSIZE 5318-MD60 Digital Measuring Microscope is a compact digital inspection and measurement system designed for manufacturing, quality control, and dimensional inspection applications.
The system combines a 2 MP CMOS camera, 1920 × 1080 Full HD imaging, 12.5X–80X magnification, integrated measurement software, and a 13.3-inch LCD display in a straightforward benchtop configuration.
Built-in software allows operators to perform measurements directly from the microscope using the included mouse, eliminating the need for a separate computer for normal operation. Measurement results can also be exported to Microsoft Excel-compatible workflows for documentation and quality-control records.
The 5318 series is available in two configurations: the 5318-MD60 without an X-Y stage and the 5318-MD60-XY with an X-Y metal stage.

5318-MD60 — Without X-Y Stage
The standard 5318-MD60 is suited to applications where the operator primarily needs digital magnified viewing and basic measurement functionality.
It provides the same optical and digital imaging system as the XY version without the additional X-Y positioning stage.
5318-MD60-XY — With X-Y Metal Stage
The 5318-MD60-XY adds an X-Y metal stage for applications requiring controlled workpiece positioning during dimensional measurement.
The X-Y stage can make it easier to locate features and systematically move the workpiece beneath the microscope.
