INSIZE 5313-S407 3D Manual Rotation Microscope with Display | 18X–120X
360° Manual Rotation for 3D Inspection of Complex Components
The INSIZE 5313-S407 3D Manual Rotation Microscope is a digital inspection microscope designed for three-dimensional observation of components with curved, recessed, or difficult-to-view surfaces.
Unlike conventional digital microscopes that provide a fixed viewing direction, the 5313-S407 uses a 360° manually rotatable optical system to allow operators to inspect a workpiece from multiple viewing angles. This makes the system particularly useful for examining convex surfaces and the walls of holes, as well as other features that can be difficult to inspect from directly above.
The system combines 18X–120X magnification, Full HD 1920 × 1080 imaging, a 45° viewing angle, a 13.3-inch LCD display, an X-Y metal stage, and manual 360° rotation in a compact benchtop inspection platform.
Images and videos can be captured and saved to a USB flash drive, allowing inspection results to be documented and reviewed.
Key Features
18X–120X Magnification
The 5313-S407 provides an 18X–120X magnification range, allowing operators to switch between a broader inspection view and higher magnification for smaller features.
The optical system uses a 0.7X–4.5X zoom configuration.
360° Manual Rotation
The defining feature of the 5313-S407 is its 360° manually rotatable lens system.
The microscope allows the viewing direction to be changed around the workpiece, including inspection at:
-
0°
-
90°
-
180°
-
270°
This provides a more complete three-dimensional view of components without requiring the operator to reposition the entire microscope.
45° Viewing Angle
The optical system uses a 45° viewing angle, allowing operators to inspect surfaces from an oblique perspective.
This is particularly useful for examining:
-
Convex surfaces
-
Side walls
-
Recessed areas
-
Hole walls
-
Edges
-
Profiles
-
Machined features
Full HD Digital Imaging
The microscope uses a 1/2.8-inch CMOS sensor with:
-
2 MP imaging
-
1920 × 1080 resolution
-
1080P Full HD output
-
Up to 60 fps
The high-definition digital image provides a clear live view on the included display.
13.3-Inch LCD Display
The included 13.3-inch LCD display provides a large viewing area for inspection.
This allows operators to examine components on-screen rather than relying exclusively on a traditional eyepiece.
Integrated LED Illumination
The rotating optical system incorporates LED illumination to provide lighting at the inspection area.
An illumination controller allows the operator to adjust lighting conditions during inspection.
X-Y Metal Stage
The 5313-S407 includes an X-Y metal stage for controlled workpiece positioning.
The stage allows operators to move the component horizontally beneath the microscope while maintaining the desired viewing orientation.
Image and Video Capture
The microscope can capture both photographs and videos.
Captured files can be saved to the included 16 GB USB flash drive, making it possible to create digital inspection records without requiring a separate imaging system.
3D Inspection Capability
The 5313-S407 is designed specifically for applications where a conventional top-down microscope view is insufficient.
The rotating optical system allows operators to change the viewing direction while observing the same feature.
Convex Objects
The angled viewing system can help inspect curved or convex surfaces that may be difficult to evaluate from directly above.
Hole Wall Inspection
The 5313-S407 is particularly useful for viewing the walls of holes and recessed features.
Changing the viewing angle allows the operator to inspect interior surfaces that may otherwise be partially obscured.
Profile and Edge Inspection
The 45° viewing angle can provide additional visibility of:
-
Edges
-
Profiles
-
Side surfaces
-
Recesses
-
Grooves
-
Machined features
Manual Rotation System
The microscope's rotation mechanism allows the optical system to be manually rotated through 360°.
The rotation handle allows the operator to change the viewing direction while maintaining the workpiece in position.
This makes it possible to inspect a component from multiple perspectives without repeatedly removing and repositioning the workpiece.
