The INSIZE 5313-S407 3D Manual Rotation Microscope is a digital inspection microscope designed for three-dimensional observation of components with curved, recessed, or difficult-to-view surfaces.
Unlike conventional digital microscopes that provide a fixed viewing direction, the 5313-S407 uses a 360° manually rotatable optical system to allow operators to inspect a workpiece from multiple viewing angles. This makes the system particularly useful for examining convex surfaces and the walls of holes, as well as other features that can be difficult to inspect from directly above.
The system combines 18X–120X magnification, Full HD 1920 × 1080 imaging, a 45° viewing angle, a 13.3-inch LCD display, an X-Y metal stage, and manual 360° rotation in a compact benchtop inspection platform.
Images and videos can be captured and saved to a USB flash drive, allowing inspection results to be documented and reviewed.
