INSIZE 1529 Digital V-Type Caliper
The INSIZE 1529 Digital V-Type Caliper is a specialized precision measuring instrument designed for measuring the outside diameter of fluted components. Its V-type measuring geometry provides a dedicated solution for dimensional inspection of components with different flute configurations, including cutting tools, taps, reamers, end mills, and other precision-machined parts.
The 1529 series is available in 5-, 19-, 23-, and 31-flute configurations, allowing the appropriate caliper to be selected according to the component being inspected. Each model provides a Ø50–Ø200 mm (2–8") measuring range, ±0.06 mm accuracy, and 0.01 mm / 0.0005" resolution.

Specialized Fluted-Component Measurement
Unlike a conventional outside caliper, the 1529 uses a dedicated V-type measuring arrangement designed around the geometry of fluted components.
