The INSIZE 1192 Digital Offset Centerline Caliper is a specialized precision measuring tool designed for measuring center-to-center distances between holes, grooves, and other features that may be positioned on different planes or difficult to reach with a conventional caliper.
With measuring capacities from 20–500 mm through 30–1500 mm, the 1192 series provides a practical solution for inspecting large components while maintaining 0.01 mm / 0.0005" resolution. Each configuration includes a data interface for measurement data output.

Offset Centerline Measurement
The 1192 is purpose-built for measurements where the two features being inspected are not conveniently accessible with a standard caliper.
Its offset centerline design allows operators to measure distances between feature centerlines while accommodating differences in the position or plane of the features. This makes it particularly useful for checking holes, bores, grooves, and other machined features on complex components.
Large-Capacity Inspection
The available 500 mm, 1000 mm, and 1500 mm configurations provide substantially more capacity than conventional handheld calipers.
The 1192-1500A reaches 1500 mm / 60", making it suitable for large components where accurate centerline measurements are required over extended distances.
Digital Measurement and Data Output
