INSIZE 1125 Universal Caliper

The INSIZE 1125 Universal Caliper is a large-capacity precision measuring instrument designed for dimensional inspection of large workpieces and components. Its specialized universal measuring-point design provides greater flexibility than a conventional digital caliper, making it suitable for measuring different surface and feature geometries.

CRB Supply offers the 1125-600 and 1125-1000 models, providing measuring capacities of up to 600 mm (24") and 1000 mm (40").

Choose the Right Capacity

The 1125 series is available from CRB Supply in two measuring capacities:

The 1125-600 is suited to large components requiring up to 600 mm of measuring capacity, while the 1125-1000 extends the range to 1000 mm for larger workpieces and dimensional features.

Universal Measurement Design

The 1125 is designed as a universal caliper, allowing it to accommodate more specialized measurement requirements than a conventional fixed-jaw digital caliper.

Its measuring-point system can be used for different workpiece geometries and inspection applications. The specialized points can be positioned against the feature being measured, making the instrument useful for large components with curved, grooved, or otherwise difficult-to-measure surfaces.

Digital Measurement System

The ABS function allows the operator to establish an absolute reference, while the preset function can be used to establish a known measurement value before inspection.

The digital unit automatically powers off after inactivity, and moving the digital unit activates the power.

Data Output

The standard 1125 models use a data interface for measurement data output.

This allows the caliper to be integrated into inspection and measurement-recording workflows where digital readings need to be transferred to compatible data-collection equipment.
