INSIZE 1120 Digital Inside Groove Caliper | 40–500mm
The INSIZE 1120 Digital Inside Groove Caliper is a specialized measuring instrument designed for accurately measuring inside grooves, recesses, and other internal features that can be difficult to access with a conventional caliper.
The 500 mm models provide large-capacity internal measurement with 0.01 mm / 0.0005" resolution and a built-in data interface, making them well suited for dimensional inspection of large components, machined parts, and industrial assemblies.

Designed for Inside Groove Measurement
The 1120 is purpose-built for measuring internal grooves and recessed features where standard outside-measuring calipers are not appropriate.
Its specialized measuring geometry allows the contacts to reach into internal features, making it useful for inspecting machined components with grooves, recesses, and other internal dimensions.
Large-Capacity Internal Measurement
With a maximum measuring capacity of 500 mm / 20", the 1120-500 series is designed for larger workpieces that exceed the capacity of conventional specialty calipers.
