Shipping Locations
We currently ship orders within the United States to all 50 states. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer international shipping at this time.
Shipping Costs
We offer free shipping for all orders.
Order Processing Time
Once your order is placed, our team begins preparing it for shipment. Standard processing takes 1–3 business days. Large orders and freight shipments may require additional handling time. After processing, your order will be dispatched.
Estimated Delivery Time & Order Cut-off
Handling Time: 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday)
Transit Time: 4–10 business days (Monday–Friday)
Total Delivery Time: 5–13 business days
Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (MST, UTC -7)
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and the carrier’s schedule.
Shipping Carriers
We work with trusted shipping partners such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx to deliver your orders securely and on time.
Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). Tracking information will be active within 24 hours.
Changing Your Shipping Address
If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us at support@crbsupply.com
within 12 hours of placing your order. Once the order is in transit, we cannot make any changes.
Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order before it has been dispatched, we will do our best to accommodate your request. However, once your order has shipped, please refer to our Refund Policy.
Unexpected Delays
While we strive to deliver within the stated timeframe, unforeseen delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather conditions, or other factors. If your order takes longer than expected, please contact us and we will assist you.
Damaged or Lost Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, please refuse delivery and notify our customer service team immediately.
If the parcel was delivered while you were away and is damaged, please contact us for further assistance.
For lost or missing packages, we will work directly with the carrier to resolve the issue.
Valid claims for damaged or lost parcels will be replaced free of charge.
