CRB Supply: Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. While we stand by every product we sell, we understand that sometimes an item may not be exactly what you were hoping for. Our return policy is designed to be as simple and straightforward as possible.

30-Day Standard Return Policy

If you decide you want to return an item for any reason, you may do so within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Condition: The item(s) must be in Like New condition. "Like New" means the item shows no visual signs of wear and has not been used. Items returned with signs of wear or issues due to use will not be accepted for a refund.
  • Packaging: The item(s) must be returned in the original packaging with all original accessories and manuals included.

How to Initiate a Standard Return:

  • Email us at support@crbsupply.com with your order number.
  • We will provide detailed instructions on how to process the return.
  • Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will send you an email notification.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right at our cost.

Please follow these steps:

  • If you notice damage upon delivery, you must make note of it when signing for the shipment.
  • On the same day of delivery, take clear photos of the damaged item(s) and the packaging.
  • Email the photos along with your order number to support@crbsupply.com.
  • Remember to keep all original packaging for any items that need to be returned.
  • CRB Supply will pay for all shipping costs for defective, damaged, or incorrect merchandise. We will ensure you get the undamaged product you ordered as soon as possible.

Please note: Items that become damaged after use are non-refundable, unless specified under a product warranty.

Order Cancellations

If you would like to cancel an order, please email or call our customer service team immediately to avoid return shipping fees.

Cancellations Before Shipment: Orders canceled before they have shipped will receive a full refund.

Cancellations After Shipment: Orders canceled after they have shipped will be treated as a standard return. You will be subject to our 30-Day Return Policy and will be responsible for return shipping costs.

Policy Exceptions & Important Conditions

Return Authorization: All returns, regardless of the reason, must be authorized by our customer service department before being processed. Please contact us before sending back any items.

Product-Specific Policies: If a certain vendor or product has a return policy that differs from what is stated above, this will be clearly noted in the product description.

Ineligible Products: Products that are specified as "certified pre-owned" or "used" are ineligible for a return.

What is the restocking fee?

There is no restocking fee.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:
- A refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7 business days.
